Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will take approximately 1-5 business days to be delivered, unless stated otherwise.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping and billing address at checkout to avoid any delays and ensure you receive your package. If the shipping address is incorrect and delivered back to MAE Cosmetics LLC, you are responsible for a new shipping fee.

MAE Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for any delayed package by our carrier (USPS). Once your order is sent to a USPS facility, we are no longer liable for damaged, stolen, lost, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS by phone with your provided tracking number should there be any issues.
